Off road driving course

We booked an off road driving course at the Markom company in Sinsheim (Germany) at the end of March. During two days, we first got the theoretical basics about a 4x4 vehicle drive and went into the specifics of our camper truck. Afterwards, we did exercises on unpaved roads and practised handling the different differential locks. Later, we went to a particular training area where different situations could be practised; dangerous conditions and limits in daily use were demonstrated. All this under the guidance of our off road trainer Volker. These were two very instructive days for both of us; we had our first off road experiences with our truck and learned its driving characteristics and limits.
