10.250km - First oil and filter change by TH Trucks Luxembourg.
10.400km - Steering recall from Iveco: replacement of the fastening bolts by TH Trucks Luxembourg.
12.100km - Heater no longer works in fuel mode: Error message E 120 H (undocumented error) on the Truma Combi 6D E heater, checked by the local Truma Service Center Beim Fiisschen, no problems could be detected, reset of the error messages and the heater starts again in fuel mode.
15.850km - Long-distance travel adaptation, altitude kit, diesel quality and engine tuning by team Offroad-motorhomes of Markus Gruse. As increased engine noise had been noticeable for some time, a leak at the turbocharger was probably detected during an inspection by Iveco Betrieb Mainz. A repair must be carried out soon.
16.170km - Again, problems with the Trump Combi 6D E heater, same error message E 120 H in fuel mode. So I checked the fuses on the circuit board and found that the 20A fuse had a loose contact; I replaced the fuse, and now the problem is solved; I hope so, fingers crossed.
16.450km - Mounting of a Warn winch VR EVO 12S by Bocklet Fahrzeugbau in Koblenz.
16.700km - Discovery of a cracked attachment of the diesel particulate filter at the rear of the transmission mount, a repair is due.
16.780km - Installation of the Bravo snorkel by Luxadventures in Livange, Luxembourg.
17.650km - The replacement of the cracked fastening of the particulate filter was carried out by TH Trucks Luxembourg and was covered by the warranty. They also checked the turbocharger and rated it as faultless. The rattling noise at low engine RPM under load has now disappeared.
17.900km - Oil and filter change by TH Trucks Luxembourg.
18.000km - We put on a set of new tires (Michelin X Multi D 265/70 R19.5), as these tires are difficult to find in Canada/USA; the job was done by Pneushändler - Lux-Pneus in Vichten, Luxembourg
32.822km - The Vehicle broke down on the Dempster Highway (Yukon, Canada), with a major leak in the cooler of the transfer gearbox. It was towed down on a flat deck to Whitehorse (YT).
32.867km - With the help of the guys from Bullseye Contracting Ltd. in Whitehorse (YT), we repaired the connection on the transfer gearbox cooler, put new oil (75W90) in the transfer gearbox, and changed the engine oil with a filter.
